Two steaks from Costco, dethawed from freezer, marinate in Peter Luger Sauce with shallots, green onions and four strips of bacon, pan fry under high heat with marinade, serve half with mash potatoes, cranberries, insert half into bag and eat during night shift at the mines (oops.. um hospital).
